At Ole Miss, the deployment of the Rebel Rewards Platform through Spark Compass revolutionized Fan engagement and Event attendance. This comprehensive ecosystem included a mobile app with Loyalty, Rewards, AR games, Location services, and Integrated Digital Signage, aimed at increasing attendance, encouraging repeat visits, enhancing the sports event experience for attendees by Gamifying attendance.
Impact
The Platform's success was evident in a 21% increase in attendance across all sports events, attributed to the innovative loyalty and rewards engagement strategies.
Furthermore, the targeted marketing campaigns developed across partner and sponsor locations and products. Campaign and sponsorship ideated, developed, deployed and managed for Coca-Cola included integrated stadium enhanced fan engagements and interactions via the Spark Compass powered apps interactions with stadium lighting and audio systems.
Another ideated, developed, deployed and activated experience for Coca-Cola and select retailers off-campus where the Spark Compass app was interacting with Coca-Cola products with in-app AR activation of the Products with location delivered invitations and Coca Cola content delivered in AR produced an increase of Coca Cola products over 15% in the participating stores showcasing the power of location-based marketing and produced triggered AR in driving consumer behavior.
